This retreat provided a safe environment, Dr. C had many resources to use and to kept the flow going whenever we were working together. The biggest thing to do is go with an open mind and allow her to care for you as she leads you towards your wellness goals.

After being a caregiver for my grandmother, when she passed away I didn't quite know what to do with myself. I really needed to learn how to connect with who I am and learn how to do that. I felt that 4 days would give me the time to really learn and be able to implement the tools that I would be given.

Offering Private solo/dyad Bespoke Retreats for individuals who wish to take a needed break from their routine and co-create a transformative personal intensive immersive retreat experience of Mind/Body/Spirit, with the guidance of Dr. Carla. This includes nature based activities, light exercise, 1 on 1 in-depth meetings and more.

Program includes (subject to slight variations depending upon weather):  Private lodging, healthy smoothies 2-3 x’s day and/or supper meal plan option, use of kitchen facility with snacks provided) as well as nice local eateries for take out, if desired), meditation, chanting, walking/hiking, at least 15-20 hours of focused meetings, light yoga/stretching (Yogi Shalom method, hiking, activities.   I am available to you in this structured private retreat. Women’s group retreats 4-10 persons

Small groups (4-10) Weekend Retreats are great for those Retreatants who want deep connections, mindful interactions, creative expressions, & clear communications to improve work, family, friend relations or just have fun! Groups are comprised of and are not limited to - solo travelers, friends, family, co-workers, small business’, bridesmaids, etc. Group activities include creating safe spaces, trust development, team building exercises, mindfulness, play and more.

Themed Retreats have emphasis areas of focus.

Groups where the people know each other (ie. co-workers, family, etc), may request activities tailored to those specific groups.

  • Hiking Retreat: Immerse yourself with nature bathing. Join us on rail trail walks and old forest hikes on this Light-Moderate exercise and healthy eating on The Nature Bathing Retreat.

  • Dream Retreat: Take a deep dive into your dream world. Uncover your dream language. Even if you do not remember your dreams, you likely will begin to on this retreat!
